  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 pieces naan bread
  • 1 cup tzatziki sauce
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese (optional)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • ½ cup cucumber slices
  • ¼ cup sliced red onion
  • ¼ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • Fresh dill or parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add cubed chicken seasoned with garlic powder, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until golden brown, about 6–8 minutes. Remove from heat.
  2. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and place naan bread on a baking sheet.
  3. Spread tzatziki sauce over each naan, leaving a border. If using mozzarella cheese, sprinkle it on top.
  4. Layer cooked chicken, cherry tomatoes, cucumber slices, and red onion on each naan. Finish with crumbled feta cheese.
  5. Bake for 10–12 minutes until the edges are crispy and cheese is melted (if used).
  6. Garnish with fresh dill or parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
