Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 6 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 small onion, finely diced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • Optional: sesame seeds, pickle slices, ketchup, mustard

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and diced onion until browned. Season with salt and pepper. Drain excess grease and mix in turkey bacon and cheddar cheese. Allow to cool slightly.

  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
