  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp spicy brown mustard
  • 12 medium cocktail olives (with pimentos)
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 3 slices white bread or 12 rice crackers
  • Red food dye (or beet juice)

Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs for 20 minutes, then cool in cold water before peeling.
  2. Slice each egg in half and separate the yolks. Strain yolks until smooth.
  3. Mix yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, salt, pepper, and red dye.
