  • 2 cans Pillsbury Grands! Cinnamon Rolls
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 ½ teaspoons pumpkin pie spice (divided)
  • ½ cup packed brown sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and spray a bundt pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Cut each cinnamon roll into four pieces.
  3. In a resealable bag, mix granulated sugar with 1 teaspoon of pumpkin spice. Shake the cut cinnamon rolls until well coated.
  4. Mix brown sugar with melted butter in a bowl until combined.
  5. Layer half of the coated cinnamon roll pieces in the bundt pan; drizzle half of the brown sugar mixture over them. Repeat with remaining pieces and drizzle.
  6. Bake for 40-50 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Let cool for 5 minutes before inverting onto a serving plate and drizzle with spiced icing.
