  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 7.5 oz chive & onion cream cheese spread
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese (freshly grated, divided)
  • 1 bell pepper stem (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, chive & onion spread, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and 1 1/4 cups shredded cheddar until smooth.
  2. Place cling wrap on your counter and sprinkle with 1/3 cup grated cheddar.
  3. Spoon the cheese mixture onto the center of the cheddar and cover it completely with remaining cheese.
  4. Wrap the mixture tightly in cling wrap to form a round shape and secure it with rubber bands to create a pumpkin look.
  5. Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving.
  6. Once chilled, remove wraps and top with a bell pepper stem.
