  • 14 oz kielbasa sausage, sliced
  • 3 cups elbow macaroni
  • 3½ cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add sliced kielbasa and brown for 4-5 minutes; remove from pot.
  2. Sauté minced garlic in the same pot for about 30 seconds.
  3. Add pasta, chicken broth, milk, smoked paprika, black pepper, and salt. Stir and bring to a gentle boil. Cover and simmer for 8-10 minutes until pasta is tender.
