  • 2 large chicken breasts
  • 500g baby potatoes, halved
  • 300g fresh green beans, trimmed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, toss halved baby potatoes with olive oil, dried rosemary, salt, and pepper. Spread on one side of a baking dish.
  3. Season chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper in another bowl. Place in the center of the baking dish.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes. Then add fresh green beans tossed with olive oil, salt, and pepper around the chicken and potatoes. Return to oven for another 20 minutes until everything is cooked through.
  5. Allow the chicken to rest briefly before slicing and serving.
