  • 2 sheets of ready-roll puff pastry (vegan & gluten-free)
  • 6 tablespoons vegan Nutella
  • 2 medium bananas
  • 3 tablespoons dairy-free milk (for egg wash)
  • 2 tablespoons caster/granulated sugar
  • Dairy-free white chocolate buttons (for decoration)
  • 2 tablespoons icing sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out puff pastry and cut into rectangles (4×6 inches).
  3. Place 1 tablespoon of vegan Nutella and banana slices on each rectangle.
  4. Fold pastry over to create pockets, seal edges using a fork, and brush with dairy-free milk.
  5. Cut strips from leftover pastry to create mummy bandages on top.
  6. Bake on a lined baking sheet for 15–20 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Drizzle melted dairy-free white chocolate on top and dust with icing sugar before serving.
