  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Cut zucchini into 2-inch long pieces, then cut each piece into 6 wedges.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
