  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Blackstone Grill to medium-high heat (400°F).
  2. Cook the lo mein noodles according to package instructions until al dente.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together brown sugar, soy sauce, salt, pepper, and sesame oil.
  4. Melt butter on the grill and sauté minced garlic for about 30-60 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Add cooked noodles to the grill, pour sauce over them, and toss thoroughly to coat.
