2 chicken breasts
1 large sweet potato
2 cups broccoli florets
2 tsp olive oil
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Paprika to taste
Garlic powder to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 200C (400F).
Season chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Place on a baking sheet and cook for 20-25 minutes until fully cooked.
Slice the sweet potato into rounds and toss with olive oil and salt. Roast on a separate baking sheet for about 25 minutes.
Steam the broccoli in a steamer basket over boiling water for 5-6 minutes until tender-crisp.
