  • ½ cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper (any color), sliced
  • 8 asparagus spears
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
