  • 12 oz twisted pasta (gemelli or fusilli)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, Italian seasoning
