  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 3 green onions, sliced
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated (optional)

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken in soy sauce, cornstarch, and sesame oil for 5–10 minutes.
  2. Cook the lo mein noodles according to package directions; drain and toss with sesame oil.
  3. Whisk together the sauce ingredients; set aside.
  4. Heat oil in a wok over medium-high heat; cook marinated chicken until browned.
  5. Sauté garlic and vegetables until crisp-tender.
  6. Combine chicken with vegetables and add the sauce; simmer until thickened.
  7. Toss in cooked noodles and green onions; serve hot.
