  • 0.5 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 0.5 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt (to taste)
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.25 cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare beef and potatoes by cutting the beef into bite-sized pieces and halving the baby potatoes.
