  • ½ tablespoon dark soy sauce
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha (to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon honey (or maple syrup)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salt (to taste)
  • ½ teaspoon toasted sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Cook the ramen noodles in boiling water until al dente; reserve ¼ cup of noodle water before draining.
