  • 12 oz medium pasta shells
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)

  1. Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve one cup of pasta water before draining.
