  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1 tbsp garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  1. Cook penne pasta according to package directions until al dente; drain and reserve 1 cup of pasta water.
  2. Season chicken strips with Cajun seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat; cook chicken until golden-brown (about 4-5 minutes per side). Remove from skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium; add butter and minced garlic, stirring until fragrant.
  5. Pour in heavy cream; stir until warm. Add Velveeta cheese cubes and mix until melted.
  6. Stir in mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses until thickened; adjust consistency with reserved pasta water if needed.
