  • 300g rotini pasta
  • 2 chicken breasts, diced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions in salted boiling water. Add broccoli florets during the last 3 minutes of cooking.
  2. Drain the pasta and broccoli and set aside.
