  • 200 g fettuccine or tagliatelle
  • 250 g chicken breast, sliced into strips
  • 1 cup broccoli florets, lightly steamed
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 200 ml heavy cream
  • 60 g Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season chicken strips with salt and pepper, then grill until golden brown and cooked through; set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat and sauté minced garlic for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Add heavy cream and simmer gently for 5 minutes before stirring in grated Parmesan cheese until melted.
  4. Add steamed broccoli and cooked pasta to the sauce, tossing everything together until well coated.
  5. Serve topped with sliced chicken and a sprinkle of chopped parsley.
