  • 3/4 cup butter (melted)
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 ½ cups mini semisweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease two 8×4-inch loaf pans.
  2. Drain grated zucchini in a colander while preparing other ingredients.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, salt, and melted butter.
  4. In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and cinnamon; add to the wet mixture and stir until just combined.
