Instructions

  2. Once boiling, stir in the sugar until fully dissolved. Return to a full boil and cook for an additional 2 minutes while stirring continuously.
  3. Remove from heat and skim off any foam or undissolved candy from the top.
  4. Pour hot jelly into sterilized jars, leaving about 1/4 inch headspace at the top. Wipe jar rims clean before sealing with lids.
  5. Process jars in a boiling water bath for 5 minutes to ensure proper sealing. Allow jars to cool completely before storing.
