- 4 oz semi-sweet or milk chocolate
- 4 cups Rice or Corn Chex Cereal
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 6 BUTTERFINGER® Fun-Size Bars (chopped)
- 1 cup BUTTERFINGER® Peanut Butter Cup Minis
- 1 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or microwave, stirring continuously until smooth.
- Warm the peanut butter in the microwave until it reaches a liquid consistency.
- Chop the Butterfinger bars into small pieces and set aside.
- Combine 2 cups of Chex cereal with melted chocolate, then fold in half of the chopped Butterfinger bars.
- In another bowl, mix the remaining Chex cereal with melted peanut butter and fold in the rest of the chopped bars.
- Place each mixture in separate gallon ziplock bags with powdered sugar, seal, and shake until coated.
- Combine both mixtures in a large bowl and add the Peanut Butter Cup Minis. Serve and enjoy!
